cause like inside is AC
cause like outside is hot as frick, plus they employ people who come get them. they don't employ people to fetch your groceries.

This happens year round. I wasn't talking about something I noticed just yesterday.

At the Market District (grocery stores) in Pittsburgh they take your cart and get a kid to carry your groceries to the car. keep the carts from getting broken on the crappy parking lot asphalt.

carts all roll smooth and they are never all over the parking lot.
