Considering that Ned played a major role in overthrowing the Targaryans, I doubt dany shows them any remorse
All the adults did dumb shite to get themselves killed and it's put the kids in terrible spots.
This is a story of how they overcome. And yes they will make mistakes too
There probably won't be a happy ending.

He also tried his best to have her not killed as a child which Varys knows (and im sure Tyrion as well)
Plus she will eventually find out (as everyone does) that Ned Stark protected her nephew (and possible lover
) from certain death by parading him around the north as his bastard
