Not necessarily. We hit the pool at Wilderness Lodge during our honeymoon which was in January several years ago. The pools are heated and it's possible to get warm enough weather. More than likely, though, you won't.

I've been swimming on every January trip I've ever taken. It's hit or miss and while it may be too cold to sit poolside and enjoy yourself, the pools are always fine. Most of the time you will find a day where it may hit 65+ and be sunny and it's perfect to swim and sit poolside.
