So you're confused why employers aren't hiring graduates from a school with a less than 10% graduation rate? Other schools are challenging therefore more prestigious; therefore leading their graduates to jobs.

SUNO has the 10 % graduation rate issue.
SUBR (my alma mater) has roughly 31% graduation rate.
I understand the point you are making, which is why I do not understand how some of the alumni manage to find work
