I don't think it's really fair to compare the two as they are very very different. This is a legit documentary. ACS was an entertainment show- though it was extremely accurate. And ACS focused more on the trial and legal aspects of the whole thing while this documentary is more about what led up to the killing and OJ personal life.

The doc as a whole is about "Why OJ got away with murder".
