thought yall might like to see what it looks like now
i'm almost done
i replaced everthing but the pontoons and the deck rails; still have to install my top frame and the top itself. gonna splash it this weekend

Very nice restoration.
I hate to rain on the parade, but have you had it in the water long for any length of time?
It looks like the previous owner used copper antifoul, and it is pitting the hull pretty badly. I would seriously consider checking out the pits. You may be looking at soda-blasting the bottom half of both pontoons and repainting with an epoxy-paint (Interprotect 2000e). That or you may wake up one morning and the boat will be dam near underwater. Check your anodes as well. Copper will eat zinc before aluminum, but as soon as that zinc is gone it'll turn the hull to swiss cheese.
