Watched a documentary where they said that while in service, SR-71s were fired on over 4000 times, and no plane was ever lost due to enemy fire.
Also, when doing BDA after the Libya bombing in 1986, it was shot at by the "state of the art" Soviet high altitude SAM and flat out outran the missile.
