If the people of NBR want an emergency room they need to pay a special tax only for NBR properties to supplement operating an ER in that area.
To solve representation issues we have in this parish maybe NBR and BR needs to become two different cities with different councils.
Then have a policy jury for the parish to represent all portions of the parish not just certain sections of Baton Rouge.

I wonder if the members of the Blue Ribbon Commission would all sign a sworn affidavit stating they took no financial inducement from Champion, that they swear they will not take any in the future, and will refuse any business dealings directly or through intermediaries?
