BR pickup trucks with blinding bulbs and light bars

Let me see the logic in this...
*redneck accent*
"Dem dum asses in front mah truck in mah way so I gunna blind them so dey git out mah way I don give a fuk if dey wreck or whatever - whares my spit cup"
Seriously though, there's been a couple of instances this week where some jackass from the LP came flying out of the left lane with enough lumens on the front of his truck to light up Tiger Stadium at night. Is the end goal in this to burn the retinas of everyone in front of you so that they wreck? By the way - those damned things are pointed directly in the eyes of the truck drivers. If blinding someone driving 70,000 lbs+ of machinery in front of you seems like a good idea, I have a cup of bleach for you to drink.
ETA - I understand that this isn't going to end well for me once the Outdoor Board is notified.

Ya never know when the US Open is gonna run late, and you have to pull your vehicle up to the 18th fairway and light that fricker a new one so some British queer and a young amateur from New England can slug it out for the cup, and have the American prove to his a-hole dad golf is a real sport you can make a living with.

The Outdoor Board general frowns upon what you're describing in the OT. You'll find more of these around Metairie than the rural parts of the state. But still feel free to go frick yourself.

I don't get the ones on the cab. They fricking screw into the top of the cab. They actually poke holes in the roof of their trucks.
Now the small ones on the rear bumper I can see for trailers, etc. Even the small one up front on the bull bar... But the fricking cab lights are just nuts...
Off topic, are grounding straps on trucks the new truck nutz?
