It was Ohio State, and he has his own problems. He was fired not too long ago, as well. He is also not very highly regarded by other directors. All sizzle, no steak.
There is actually an educational element to the band, as well. Don't forget that. Marching band is usually one of the primary functions of a High School band director. Being in Tiger Band and learning the techniques of show production are part of that.

No, I'm not talking about Ohio State. I'm talking about Ohio University whose band is better than Ohio State. They are the Marching 110. Please look it up before you correct me.
