Teriyaki turkey burgers topped with red onion and grilled pineapple. Toasted wheat buns.

Trying to do a low-cholesterol diet with my numbers up. It hasn't been too bad so far.

Oven roasted pork loin with sautéed squash and zucchini. The fiancée wants ice cream so we may hit dairy Queen for a blizzard, or her craving may pass.

Love muffin, you act like I am claiming I am losing 6 pounds a week on "Keto" while eating bread, rice, potatoes, and drinking beer, or something.

Just taking advantage of what´s left over.

They´re not too good with the swordfish, however (swordfish is very subtle in flavor, almost benign, and the capers overpower the swordfish).
