Well, I got the idea from the frozen bags that were in my grandpa's deep freeze, that is now in my basement. He always had a huge garden. I'm still eating blackeyed peas he grew. Tons of them. The tomato sauce is pretty good too, so I was thinking if I end up with enough at one time to make some, I might give it a shot. Mainly looking for recipe ideas for something like that.
