That was also my point earlier. It is obviously a small sample size, but it appears to be isolated to just this detainment center thus far. If all of the staffers are vaccinated and the detainees haven't received the vaccine, those transmission numbers seem out of whack. You'd think patient zero would come in contact with more detainees than staffers, so the detainee infections would be much higher, but I could be way off if most of the detainees are actually vaccinated.
ETA: The booster shots, or lack thereof, may explain it, but again, you'd think the numbers would be incredibly high in the detainees. Maybe 7 is a very high percentage though, so who knows.
