I have a cousin coming in town and he wants to go fishing and with all of this wind I am not sure where to go. I was thinking somewhere around engineers canal or would stump lagoon be better?
Thanks in advance,

Get out of the wind, stay inside, and take a run over to Pontons Bay. If they don't fill your limits of specs there, ease over to Bay LaFourche. Fish live shrimp under a popping cork.
You will be able to walk from boat to boat at the rocks tomorrow.

I lost count of the number of boats at the rocks today, but we put a hurting on the trout .

Same story today from what I hear; lots of people but lots of fish. We caught our share in Eloi without the crowding. As good as it gets right now fellas, still slick calm out there as I look out the camp window
