Is this upper any good?

Hey guys, was cruising the internet and came across this deal the other day and was thinking about getting it. Is this upper any good? I'm not looking to shoot bullet after bullet through the same hole at 300 yards, but I also don't want to buy a pile of shite either. My next option was going to be a radical arms upper, but it looks like I can get this one for about 50/70 dollars cheaper.

Doesn't appear that comes with a BCG and charging handle which is going to be another 100+ depending on what you get

That one will be fine. The barrel will shoot straight and will last longer than you will shoot.
However, it will be heavy.
My advice, build your own. You get a better barrel and the exact hand guard you want. Worth the $50-100 more you may spend.

Right, my BCG came in today so I'm good on that.
Ice cream, I didn't think about weight being an issue, how much weight are we talking about? Where do nicer, lighter uppers, save weight at compared to what this offers?
Could I build an upper in the 325-375 range that is lighter than the one in the link?

Upper - $119
Barrel - $178
Handguard - $154
Barrel nut, gas tube, gas block, budget around $50-60 for them. It takes literally 10 mins to put together and you have a great quality and personalized upper. I have that exact rail and like it. I do not have that upper nor barrel, but they are highly regarded.
Total = $500. More than your budget and more than I figured it would windup too. Probably can save $50 or so catching everything on sale.

I have several components that are YHM and they are all high quality. I do not have any of their barrels however but wouldn't hesitate trying one.
