No, they were not, and I didn't mean to imply that they were. The point is that future major lies are going to force people to question your previous statements, and rightfully so.

I just can't go on hearsay. I firmly uphold the thought in believing half of what you see and none of what you hear. He openly conversed about the Ventura incident. I always thought it was weird that everything about the other stories were complete hearsay. Maybe lies or tall tales told by others or maybe he said it for whatever reason. With no contextual backing I can't in good conscience condemn the man. I also can't understand the disdain some people on this site have for him.
