My best friend is from there and is back living in Minneapolis. Y'all need to start an alumni chapter up there.
I will be in Minny on that thursday to meet up with him then we are heading to GB on friday.

There were as someone mentioned the LSU alumni crawfish boils for a few years because of schedule conflicts I could never make them sadly.
I don't know of any LSU bars or even bars that cater to SEC fans. The truth is that MPLS and St. Paul is big ten country even though the gophers haven't been very good for a long time and many badger fans are real assholes. A lot of Iowa fans as well and a good number of Michigan and Michigan State fans who have regular get togethers for football games and alumni functions. Plus a lot of Nebraska fans and alumni. I would even say that Notre Dame has more fans than any single SEC team.
