I'd proudly sit on that jury and acquit him of all murder and marijuana charges. He shouldn't have had a gun though.

Just seems right a person should beable to defend their home.
I get not being able to conceal or open carry. But what is the point of "rehabilitation" if there are no rewards at the end? If convicted of a non violent crime, a person should have rights to defend their home.
