Talking about sitting next to Miles during recruiting process. "Miles is kind of the closer."

Austin Thomas on USC to LSU return "Austin is like a son to me, known him for 10 years".

Bragging about his 6 DL signees. He's excited about each of them, mentioned their height, weight, stats.

"I'm more excited than ever".

"Dave Aranda is as talented a defense mind as anyone I've worked with"

New coaches are great they're getting us in the door with new recruits.

Proud of his sons. Has more free time now that they're out of HS.

My expectations are increasing every day for the defense this season. Orgeron will be in his 2nd year and will have some of his recruits in. Aranda is deemed the next up and coming great defensive mind. We weren't decimated by the draft this year and have some serious senior talent returning. We have decent depth across the board, especially if Valentine comes back. Aranda will be able to move guys around where he wants them.

This defense should come close to 2011. I don't think we will ever reach 2011 again because there will never be another honey badger. If the offense can get it together, we are looking at a SEC championship and a playoff run...

Considering he hasn't been practicing with the team under Aranda yet, it may take some time for Valentine to be dominant on defense. Still, I'm very excited and can't wait for September to come!

In his first year, O "rebuilt" a line that was replacing two NFL bound, LSU veterans and nearly doubled our sack count (19 to 34). It's scary to think what he'll do this year. We should be back to true LSU defensive fury.

Valid point. If we get him back, he may start clicking at just the right time when we need depth mid season.

Orgeron is awesome at what he does. Glad we gave him the recruiting coordinator title. Maybe a little more incentive to stick around longer. I don't think he will leave unless it's for a HC job.

When I click on the link it brings me all over the place. Can't open any of it. Downloaded ESPN app last year and would simply key in "104" and it would pull up 104.5 and then I could listen In. Seems that disappeared and now you must go to a 1045 ESPN app which I did but can't do anything thru that site. Have no idea how to get to listen now
