I've tried them all and have to agree with this. My go-to meal is chicken shawarma and Roman's gets it right--a slow turning rotisserie that leaves a nice fond on every morsel and just a hint of rosemary.

Cafe Phoenicia is hands down the best in the area. They have on in Denham and Zachary but not sure about BR. Close enough
