Also with 99 open now Atascocita/Kingwood/Porter are not bad options at all either now.

Porter?

Kingwood is nice and if some of the older folks have moved off I hear it is getting younger. For awhile there it was 50+. Atascocita can get sketchy but is nice overall. Porter however? I think finding a decent place in Porter is not worth the effort. The level of white trash that resides in Porter is horrendous.

However, for an experience. Do go to the Porter Wal-Mart. Everyone says it that way, "Porter Wal Mart" because it is unlike any Wal mart you've seen.

Go to Porter right now. Tons of new shopping areas and housing developments popping up. I think it's going to be one of the new urban sprawl developed areas in the near future now with 99 open.
