Let me help you out……

1) The events of this film take place 1 year after AoU. How is it that Zemo, a regular family man, is able to find out not only who Winter Soldier is, but who and where the secret book of trigger words is located? Ah yes, he said that Black Widow released the Hydra files to the entire world and all he had to do was decode a few things. Really???? Which leads to..

2) A) Was Black Widow releasing all Hydra files for the world to see the most irresponsible thing every done by any character in the MCU? Now even average Zemo Joe can access them?
B) And if the entire world has access to the Hydra files and an average person can access them, neither Stark nor any one associated with him would have found the video of his parent’s assassination? Or at least known about the assassination?

3) Captain America meets the last of his recruits at the airport, just moments before the fight scene. At this point in the movie, it was clear that Cap and Bucky were going to fight in order to get past Team Tony and to Zemo. These two were not fighting because Cap did not believe in the Accords. So what was the rest of Team Cap fighting for? The Sokovia Accords? Did Caps recruits even know what they were fighting about? Did Cap tell them, “oh well you know this brainwashed assassin that’s killed God knows how many people, which happens to be my bestest friend ever, we are going after the guy that set him up.” Or did Cap tell them they were fighting for their rights not to be regulated by the government (Sokovia Accords)? So did Cap lie to them?

4) What happened to Wanda’s thick eastern European accent? She completely lost it in a year?

5) If Peter Parker needed special goggles because his heightened senses causes focusing problems (which explains the eyes on his costume zooming in and out), then why didn’t he need glasses or goggles while he’s out of costume? Wouldn’t he be stumbling around, unable to focus or concentrate when out of costume?

6) Captain America’s Shield – Does it absorb all vibrations or no. Seems like sometimes yes, sometimes no.

7) How does Zemo, who spent a year setting up this elaborate plan, know that Cap, Bucky and Ironman will all be at the Siberian Bunker at the same time? His entire plan hinged on all three showing up at the bunker. That’s a little far-fetched to assume this person with no super powers, can create a plan in which he knows all three will show up at the bunker considering all the angles in his plan.

8) What’s with Aunt May being so young and hot? Did she give Stark the picture of Vinnie taking a shower? Maybe he can use it in Infinity Wars??

9) So Zemo’s plan depended on the Accords being signed. But the Accords didn’t come about until AFTER he started his plans? So how exactly does he know about the Accords, when it didn’t even exist? Perhaps since he predicted the signing of the Accords (and the location of where it would be signed) and (as mentioned above) he predicted Cap, Bucky and Ironman would all show up at the bunker, perhaps Zemo does have the power to see into the future?

10) That damned camera on the country back road.

11) In AoU, Wanda’s power of mind manipulation was focused on heavily and was depicted as being very powerful. So, why did she barely, if at all, use them in Civil War? Didn’t they just pretty much make her a Jean Grey wanna be?

It’s all in fun. Enjoy it for what it is, an awesome superhero movie. Try not to get hung up on the details.

I too feel that Bucky should have been destroyed for Tony closure. Sure he might be a gun as some people pointed out, but that gun was the one that killed his planet. If a gun that shot my parents was still around I'd melt it down for scrap. Same thing should be apply to bucky, euthanize him.

MArvel is know for their quips, if you were expecting super serious for a marvel movie, Cap movie is as close as you'd get. I mean... look at age of Ultron. It was soo... disappointing. I was expecting Terminator relentlessness, not Raymond Reddington quips.

As for the Super Prison guarded by supers. At this stage in the game, there not less than 10 supers on the U.N side. You have to get Black ops to guard them. Iron Man / Black Widow, Vision is certainly not gonna spend their free time guarding that place. Although under the new U.N regulation I guess they could be made to do so.

As for War Machine, there a reason why the call him War Machine.

Tony also did not get over his parents death, he was however beaten and could not do anything to stop Cap and Bucky from walking away. The Phone call was probably only good once. If Tony used that to lure Cap back under false pretense and failed, than he might not be able to get Cap and friends help if something major hit them since they would ignore Tony calls.

So the cap thing was in case of emergency, break glass type of thing.

As for the Secret Identity, in the COmic books all Avengers take a pay check. Spiderman and street level heroes like him refuse the paycheck and the personal glory that comes with the Avenger life style.

I also like BvS but that battle was one of the most well crafted battle in comic book movie history.

Even when Bucky was shown to have murdered the Starks, wouldn't you voluntarily give yourself up out of pure disgust? But what's worse is the Captain fighting for him. This plot line was a joke on its face, it has been, since Bucky's murder tally in the Winter Soldier.

That did bother me, I know he was brainwashed, but who among us would not want to kill a man you saw strangle your mother, and bash in your father's head?

That was rough.

Giant-man/ Ant-man was great. I loved when Tony said "who are you again" to him.

At the end I was hoping for Thor to show up for the rescue.

Interesting that the Civil War isn't resolved.

1 and a half hour of nothing before we got there, and that literally everyone wanted to be a comedian. Even serial killer Bucky.

There was a slow part in the middle for sure. Our girls passed out at that point and we didn't wake them until after the credits (but where kinda miffed at the waste of 3-d Imax tickets. )
