re: How fast do you think you can run a 100m sprint?

I will say in high school I possibly could have. I never actually timed myself for a 100m sprint. The most I've done was when our coaches had the team do a bunch of 100m sprints,and if anyone did slower than 14 seconds that was another rep for the team. That was my peak as far as sprinting goes. I somewhat hate that once I got to college I focused so much on gaining weight in order to play college ball, but my speed suffered because of that.

Now as a guy who works out 2-3 times a week just to stay healthy. There aint no way in hell I'm touching a sub-12. Not even close.
