Might be even able to rent you a newly remodeled 2br house in town, cheap for the first 6 months. The job I'm contemplating taking is 2,000 miles away, so I'll have to leave almost everything behind.

Solid thread. I'm going to keep an eye on it. I could use a complete change of scenery and looking for an entry level position.
