Have them fill out their home address on camp info and the questionnaire they fill out for your school. No questionnaire, no camp, no info.

Regardless, it's pretty simple these days to get the address of a family if someone wanted to. Like someone else said, it's pretty lazy if you're just firing off letters to HS coaches, and not doing your own due diligence.
