Look up intermittent fasting and fasting for 24 hrs. Doing a fast for 24 hours increases your natural HGH in men 20 times!!! In women it can increase up to 16 times the normal amount!!!

Plus if you fast you also save a lot of money and eventually you will be used to not eating all the damn time, which is the biggest problem.

If you want to do intermittent fasting, you basically fast for a certain time period and eat for the remaining time during a 24 hr day. For example, the most basic and simplest I.F. calls for you to fast for 16 hours and eat all your meals within the next 8 hr window. This is usually easy, as you can knock out 6-8 hours or more just by sleeping, then just skip breakfast and there you go.

Another variant to it, is to fast for 20 hours, and eat during 4, which is basically just eating supper. During the eating phase, usually you can eat whatever you want, as you still want to get your caloric intake at the proper levels. Also when skipping all meals and just eating supper, you appreciate food much more and it tastes better (or so it seems).

Also you should check out Keto as it is very beneficial for you as well. The ideal diet would be a keto diet and then throw in some fasting once a week or just a few times a month. There are a lot of great videos on youtube with doctors presenting presentations on keto and fasting that are very informative.

I would probably die if I went 16 hours without eating.
