can't believe how hard Dana White is f'ing McGregor over some minor BS just because he didn't 100% toe the line. McGregor reasonably IMO, after what happened in his last fight, wanted to focus more on training and being ready for the fight. I'm no big super fan of McGregor, but this seems really petty on the part of White after all the money McGregor has helped pump into the UFC.

Dana gave Conor a title shot after beating Denis freaking Siver because of his promotion. So now that Mcgregor is on top and gotten his money, he doesn't want to do pressers over 3 months before the fight? Not how it works buddy

Again, the UFC made McGoober, then he decided to bite the hand that feeds. Unfortunately for him, the hand that feeds kept its pimp game strong.

I still think the presser thing is bullshite. McGregor wanted more money to do this stuff, dana told him to frick off, McGregor came out with the retirement shite, Dana kept on rolling, and now McGregor is deciding what he was being offered wasn't so bad. UFC not wanting to give up the cash looks shitty on them if it comes out, McGregor wanting to focus on training paints him in a better light, cover story is a win win for both.
