My point was a kickstarter seems a little silly when your proposed shop is on some of the most expensive real estate in town.
I think i've made it pretty clear what i was bitching about. If you cant deduce that from my post you need to open your eyes

Its a small lot between an appliance store and a place to board your pets on Perkins where there arent many neighboring businesses.
Lets not act like this is going up on 3rd street, Perkins Rowe, or Towne Center.
