I take that exit to go home every day from work, and every single day there is one panhandler there, begging money from cars. They never miss a single day. All of this. I use the same exit every day. Last night I almost hit the dude cuz he ran in front of my car trying to get back to the median after crossing lanes to retreive money.

And you're right. It's always someone different but there's always someone there. I've seen groups of like 2-3 of them sitting under that nearby live oak and they will take turns begging for money. It seems pretty organized.
