It's actually a little tougher than I thought it'd be.. I'm just really used to eating a lot less, and a lot higher protein items.. I'm actually having trouble not going over my protein macro.

The point is to get that high, maintain for half as long as reversed, then start a new cut. I will do a slow loss phase. Think 30-40 pounds in 6 months. This preserves strength and metabolism; then if/when my calories get really low again, I'll reverse back up and start the process over. It means it'll be a long time before I'm at my goal weight, but it will be much more sustainable. It is more of a long-term body recomp than a rapid weight loss.

down fifteen in last 2 months. Just modified intake as suggested by thread title. throwing in some mild pilates and calisthenics.
