Had my days mixed up. Ruffino's was supposed to be next week but we are pushing that back into March. Tonight is Ruth's Chris, 3 different people's bday celebrations into one dinner. Easy to stay keto there.. just have to avoid the cheesecake. I've been fasting through lunch everyday so that really gives me some calories to play with, especially if I keep lunch light. Cream cheese stuffed chicken breast with asparagus and green beans on deck to keep lunch filling but low cal so I can accommodate a large dinner. I should have a calorie cushion of 1400-1500.

Tomorrow is still a crawfish boil. I'm really excited about that.

What is everyone giving up for lent?

Me - alcohol and coffee. Coffee is one I am most curious about.

So 4 days down on the fat fast and I have went from 197.6 down to 186.9 and waste at naval was exactly 33" today so despite quite a bit of that being water weight, I have burned a lot of fat too.
