not ideal. would prefer to not have to cut water and mess with my sodium. Ideally I would already be shredded and not have to really worry about my water.
but I lost a month of prep time when I was told the contest was gonna be in july, started prepping that way for a month, before finding out the show was really june 18th. been rushing my prep ever since
it's my first show and I'm training myself
