What are you guys doing with supplements?

Typical day workout at 4:30 am fasted.

Preworkout: Old School labs at the moment. Bought Body Fortress from Wal mart to try next. Ingredients look legit.

Post workout/fasting: Scivation Xtend BCAA with a scoop of creatine. Take more BCAA later while still fasted.

ON whey protein to break fast around 11am.

Creatine in my morning coffee every day, I do this as a ritual at work so I don't forget to take it.

I drink some pre-workout that my girlfriend bought...mainly so it's not simply wasted money. I don't know if it helps, but the brief tingly skin feeling is kinda fun.

I also take 2 arginine & ornithine horse pills with my pre-workout.

after workout I have 1-2 scoops of IsoPure no carb protein

Centrum multivitamin
Chromium picolonate - 200mg
Inositol - 650mg
CLA
Calcium Pyruvate
DHEA - 150 mg
SAMe - 200 mg
5-HTP
