Tallisker was my first taste, and I liked but found it off putting.

Don’t give up on Talisker.

The first glass I had of the 10, I thought it was awful and even thought about throwing it away.

But I didn’t and went back to it a month or so later and it was like a totally different bottle. Really enjoyed it after it had some time to breath.

Their 18 year old, Distillers edition and Port Rhugie (sp?) are also really good. Talisker Storm is just Ok, nothing special.

Funny because this was my pour. Was in Churchill’s back in summer looking to try some peat, and another customer suggested the storm. The girl working gave me a taste, and I was undecided. Was my first ever peat pour, so I had to adjust to it. I didn’t like nor dislike it. It was like trying hummus for the first time
