Heh I was thinking it was the same toasted barrel from years ago that I had and enjoyed. Then you said sour mash and that didn’t seem right. Sure enough the new one is toasted sour mash but that’s not the old toasted I had.

For sure it was mehh. Makers and 1792 full proof were better IMO. The OF pic was better but I will give it some more time.

I seem to remember the older regular sour mash being good lots of bourbon between then and now lol

Agreed on the toasted sour mash. I had the older one a while back, and really liked it. Could never find it anywhere. Saw the toasted sour mash at dorignacs in the "super rare rapey endcap", and in a moment of weakness bought it for 150. Had no idea what it is supposed to cost, and didn't realize it wasn't that original one. Def not as good.
