But seriously, I got incredibly lucky 2 years in a row and was able to stockpile some bottles. More and more stores are doing raffles now, so that is one decent way. Pick one store and develop a relationship with a rep and buy all of your booze/liquor supplies from them and let them know what you’re looking for.

Good advice to follow. I'll add that it helps to know which of your local stores do raffles and other "luck of the draw" things. You won't want to spend your time and energy and money in places that do those if you're trying to get the rare stuff.
