Depends on the layout of the camp. If it has an attic that you can get to and run wires down the wall, then it may not be too difficult. If you plan on setting up the TV on an exterior wall, it may be a little more challenging to fish the wire down the wall due to cross studs and insulation.

You will need to run a cable wire from the dish to the closet where the satellite receiver is. Then you will need to run some form of cable from the receiver to the 2 TVs. Depending on the distance, either HDMI cable, or Cat6 using something like this.
