Apparently the just came running out of Festival Plaza down the street. Not sure what they were doing. Looks like 75 to 100 teens. Caused at least one wreck.

Probably one of those flash mobs.
You know, where a ton of them show up and steal shite and wreck shite.
Some large area effect pepper bombs would have done some good.
