well, I have a 4 burner stand alone griddle. the difference for me is how you can cook all the burgers in their juices so well.
another nice trick is using a metal bowl to cover and steam the burger at the end. it's the perfect way to melt a giant pile of shredded cheese![](https://i.imgur.com/GJNX1U4.gif)

Set your bun on top of the burger too and then cover and let the bun steam a bit. Good stuff.
