The problem is that, no matter how well prepared, your meal will be served at a table that is located in Monroe. But that's just me.

Anyone been to the Hibachi place called Ronin on Pecanland Mall Drive or some place called the field house?

Field house is not bad at all - they do crawfish well there - and the pub grub is just fine for pub grub. We will go there after the kids ball game for some greasy good food.
I have not been to Ronan in a couple of years - last time I was there the presentation was legit and the food was decent - good entertainment for the kids.
The Mongolian grill place on 165 is suppose to be legit - have not been I there yet.

Agree on all points. The crawfish at Fieldhouse are very good.
The Khan Grill offers a fine meal if you can season your food properly. Good stuff.

Andy, since you are dead set on staying close to the ULM area, hit Dankin Trail for BBQ and/or fried fish, and you must pull through Southern Classic (the old Sonic on Desaird close to the airport/mall intersection) and get a box of the best fried chicken in the parish.
