Shockingly I agree with you.. But, seriously of all the police brutality that occurs out there this really is a weak case. While unlike most I'm gonna give the cop the benefit of the doubt b/c he's having to deal with a extremely stressful situation.

I have zero pity for anyone who resist a cop especially when they are attempting to handcuff you.
