I'm going off the board and say the Magic. The young core is improving with Oladipo, Gordon, Payton and Vucevic. They will have a ton of money and will get a FA this summer (D. Howard coming back?). Throw in a top 10 or so pick and they should improve on the 35 wins they had this past year.
