I want to say Minny because of KAT & Wiggins.
But then again, Boston is Boston and Minnesota is Minnesota
What makes Boston such an attractive free agent destination? They've never landed a top player in free agency. All of the top players they've had throughout the years were acquired through trades and the draft. As far as NBA players are concerned, Minnesota and Boston are viewed pretty much the same. They're both cold weather cities with a very small black population.

That's like saying what big Free agents have the Spurs signed in their team history before they landed Aldrigde last year. They've always built through draft and trades.
San Antonio as a city isnt attracting FA's. But like Boston, they have a great coach, they are in a big market, and as a franchise has a history of winning.

Ray Allen and Kevin Garnett?
They literally took the biggest star in history of the other franchise we are talking about in free agency.
