Not the front half, one filing out of 9. They still have to follow all the ACA rules as far as construction.

Prices aren't going to go up after listing, obviously.
But, homes in desirable areas are listed and sold, not listed for a while then lowered due to not selling. They are lowering their listing price for a reason.
