Just a heads up, Petrol is beer and food only while Cottonwood serves liquor. You mentioned you wanted bourbon. Karbach is also a decent option for good food and beer.

List Eater is correct about beer and wine only at Petrol, I completely missed the Bourbon part of your post. I should've picked up on it considering the whole cigar thing too.
Shepherd Park does some liquor now but I think their menu really needs to be refreshed. Sort of feels like they're starting to lose interest in doing all the same dishes since they've opened and the quality has started slacking from what I can tell...
