Catch a Giants game
Take NIGHT tour of Alcatraz
Take SF Bay cruise under GG Bridge
Whale watching
Visit Fisherman's Wharf
Lombard Street
On the way to Napa stop in Sausalito (across the Bay from SF on way to Napa) and then the Muir Woods

Sausalito is not on the WAY to Napa, however I do LOVE Sausalito! check out the Bonita lighthouse in Marin County---that's on the way to Sausalito
