Although, this is what is weird about the release
Vacherie, with out getting mad please answer this:
If they can definitively say Hayes did not make a call after the hit and run, why can they not say if he made the call regarding the shooting? That makes zero sense to me and seems odd

They are saying NO ONE made a call after the hit and run, and SOMEONE made a call(s) during the altercation.
No one = not Hayes
