So I'll ask again, why didn't they confirm or deny the 2nd 911 call? Anyone?

Did this journalist dig up the 911 log or were they provided by the nopd spokesman?

If there was a call that wasn't not answered by dispatch, does said journalist have the info to match if it was Hayes or not?

It seems like the way the article reads, there is a good chance Hayes made the 2nd call.

However, it looks like him making the call after the hit and run did not happen. Unless Fuller can produce cell phone records that disprove that

How are you not getting this, they didn't confirm or deny anything.

Yes, due to location tracking

the journalist would not have info on who made the call. The only people that have info on who are the authorities. The only info that is or can be public knowledge at this point is that there were two phone calls made and the towers that received them, and the fact that no phone calls were placed IN THAT AREA of the first reported hit and run incident. If a call was placed, and the phone rang at the 911 call center, it was recorded. It does not have to be answered to be on record as a phone call into the 911 center.
