No rookie contracts or guys who got less cause of injuries ie. curry

I'd say baseball is Mike Trout even though it is for $150 million. Still a massive bargain.

Well the OP said no rookie contracts and I believe Harper is still on his rookie deal.

Doesn't matter 2.5 million for last year and 5 million for this year.... greatest deal in all of sports

Well I mean I was just going by the rules of the thread. I'd actually rather Trout's contract though just because it is for more years.

Best value for the athlete? Even rookies make insane amounts of money, forget the veterans.

Sign with the Nationals though? $30 million is the absolute floor assuming no injury. He may get $500 million.
