As a kid the family used to tailgate literally in the old Alex Box. And I've watched TS tailgating evolve into the best game day atmosphere in college football. It's only gotten better. Shite has happened, yes. But, big picture, with all the numbers involved over the years, the shite is actually a very small percentage of what goes on around the campus on game day. And she wants to come in & completely wipe out decades of TS tradition by trying to enforce her views on society and in the process, try & change our culture. However, aside from that, no tv'? Really? So, the students go to bars & watch the games there and.......drink. Tents down 1 hr before kickoff? So, no tailgating afterwards, students then leave earlier still to get to the bars post game. Where they drink. And, also add to the post game traffic. The LSU administration has already been working on destroying the game day experience at/in TS, more paid parking, restrictions on where free tailgating is allowed, commercialization of TS by selling every inch to company's ads. And now they want to try & change tailgating for students?
